This spacious condo sleeps 6 people (2 double beds + sleeper sofa) and features a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, range/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, etc.). Washer/dryer are in the master bath. A gas fireplace provides immediate heat, and air is also included for the occasional hot summer day.

A Jacuzzi spa is available in the covered atrium, for the use of New Claim guests only.

For the comfort of all of our guests, this is a nonsmoking, no-pet facility.
