Only 35 minutes from SLC airport, this Red Pines condo is conveniently located at the base of Park City ’s newest and largest ski resort The Canyons, where the locals go because it is larger than Park City and not nearly as crowded. The unit is within easy walking distance to the free shuttle stop as well as the People Mover lift which transports you directly into the heart of The Canyons, right by the ski lifts.

This tastefully decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bath ground floor condo was completely remodeled in ’05 and sleeps 2 to 4 people. It features a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, range/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, etc.)

The living room features a comfortable sofa, fireplace, stereo/CD, and flat panel TV (cable) with DVD, and the condo features a washer and dryer and lots of closet space. For additional sleeping arrangements, the sleeper sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen-size bed. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, a his and her dresser on each side, and a new TV (cable) mounted high for easy viewing. The bathroom features a large wall mirror/cabinet and a bath tub/shower. The private balcony has a small seating area, gas grill, and plenty of wood for the fireplace. The condo includes all necessities like bedding, towels, and pillows and all utilities are included. Parking is within a few steps of the front door.

The unit is located between The Canyons’ main parking area and the base village. In addition to free transportation to The Canyons lifts, there is a free city bus that takes you to Old Town Park City, Park City Mountain Resort, or Deer Valley Ski area. A convenience store is located right down the street and a large supermarket (Wal-Mart), Starbucks, and other stores and restaurants are within a 5-minute drive.

For the comfort of all of our guests, this is a nonsmoking, no-pet facility.
