This house is definitely nonsmoking and no pets are allowed.

The family room features 2 large sofas, 2 large chairs, and an oversized ottoman/coffee table allowing everyone to relax or watch TV. The kitchen/dining area accommodates 8 around a large table, with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen counter and 3 on the porch off the kitchen. The spacious master features a king-size bed with a top-of-the line pillow-top mattress, a walk-in closet, dual sinks, a tub, and a shower.

Above the 2-car garage is a carriage house: a private living quarters with a queen-size bed, TV/DVD, and private bath/shower.
The comfortable front porch provides shade from the afternoon sun and comfortable Adirondack furniture (including a full-size table).
Upstairs features 2 oversized bedrooms, each with queen-size bed, TV/DVD, and a private bath. In addition, 4 young adults can enjoy the bunk house, including TV/DVD/VCR.

Shaded in between the main house and the carriage house is a huge, fully furnished screened porch. It includes a TV, DVD, stereo, comfortable rocking chairs, and 2 sofas.
Amenities: Phone, air-conditioning, cable TV, VCR, stereo, CD player, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, cooking utensils, linens, washer, dryer, barbecue gas grill, fitness center, and 8 bicycles.
